General Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund
16 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50%of refund
0 to 15 days prior to arrival: No refund
Early Departure or Reduced Stay
In case of an early departure or reduced stay, the full length of the originally booked stay will be charged.
Modifications to Booking
Any modification to the booking ( including changes to check-in or check-out dates ) will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the modification date.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within10-15 business days.
Any transaction fees or foreign exchange differences will be borne by the guest
Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the property will provide flexible options, such as rescheduling or issuing credit notes for future stays.
Group Bookings or Packages
Group bookings and package reservations may have a separate cancellation policy. Guests are requested to refer to the terms provided at the time of booking.
